Senior Associate Broker – Property – Boynton Beach, FL

Under general supervision from a Broker, Office Leader or other executive, the primary duties include the analysis of market research information and the sale of renewal business. The role involves developing and utilizing creative strategies based on analysis to produce renewal business. This position does not drive for business.

• Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with clients at all levels within the company and leads appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risks and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
• Analyzes market information to develop, design, and implement creative strategies for sales team members and customers.
• Works with Broker, ensuring that all required information is obtained, proper applications are completed, quotes and binders are confirmed in writing, policies are issued promptly and accurately, state filings are made where applicable, and taxes are paid in accordance with state laws.
• Successfully markets and provides solutions for renewal business revenue from existing clients.
• Discusses business needs and proposes company products and services for existing clients.
• Retains knowledge of all markets available to maximize opportunities to negotiate placements.
• Serves in the designated book of business as it relates to marketing, administration, and sales.
• Monitors, identifies, and develops new methods for processes and procedures.
• Maintains compliance with Quality Control guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Active state insurance license.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of successful insurance experience.
