What You’ll Be Doing- Florida e‑filing (state court)
- Scheduling depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Hands‑on trial preparation and trial support
- Managing active litigation files from start to finish
- Preparing, organizing, and tracking discovery
- Maintaining well‑structured, deadline‑driven case files
- 4+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Fully bilingual in Spanish
- Strong litigation background within a Florida law firm
- Experience with My Case
- Tech‑savvy, organized, and detail‑obsessed
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
