Position Overview:
As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring project excellence, driving sales performance, and upholding customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, including sales, scheduling, and installation teams
- Manage and mentor staff to ensure high performance and accountability
- Monitor job progress and quality control across all projects

Qualifications:
