Clinical Manager - Home Health Care

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor a field team of clinicians, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to excel.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to your team.
• Collaborate with other leaders to uphold and enhance our high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to Medicaid

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a home health care or similar clinical setting.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven leadership experience managing and overseeing clinical teams.
• A strong understanding of OASIS EMR.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines.
• A passion for people-first care and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
