- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of multiple campus sites
- Inspect the properties for safety, maintenance needs, code and city ordinances
- Maintain maintenance service records and preventative maintenance through a data/task management program
- Oversee repairs, life safety, and preventative maintenance for buildings and grounds
- Meet with facility liaison at each campus monthly to review maintenance records, budget, projects and communication
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and disaster response
- Supervise, train, and set performance goals for offsite maintenance staff
- Be involved with and perform facility maintenance work wherever possible to provide a leadership example and help to develop more effective methods and means to accomplish the care of the properties
- Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets
- Negotiate with and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Develop long-term maintenance strategies, space management, and operational budget renewal plans
- Be ready to meet any emergencies that may arise, such as A/C issues, roof leaks, plumbing leaks, etc. during off hours
- Assist with Property leases and facility use agreements
- Experience in property repositioning within a budget
- A positive attitude in order to be able to meet unforeseen challenges and handle the unexpected
- The ability to work effectively with Pastors, staff members, residents, tenants and contractors
- A background in maintenance and strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A fundamental understanding of property management
- A willingness and ability to perform physical work
- The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and follow through to completion; the ability to accomplish goals by working through others
- Proficiency in Google Suites

Employment DetailsThis is a Full Time (45+ hours/week) salary exempt position.
You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.

Staff culture is important to what we do. To love like family, we require all staff to attend all staff meetings, department meetings and serve with a willing heart especially at all major campus events.
Full Time (45+ hours/week) salary exempt; however, the incumbent may be required to work an evening or weekend shift to help with a special event, project, service coverage or in an emergency situation affecting the church facilities and properties.
