Job Title: Business Office Manager at Brookdale West Boynton Beach

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with associates, residents, and families
• Oversee payroll and resident billing
• Onboard new associates
• Support the Executive Director
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations of the business office meet required standards

Qualifications: Preferred previous experience in assisted living or memory care.

Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
