Memory Care Program Manager

Job Description

Brookdale Boynton Beach is seeking a Memory Care Program Manager for its Clare Bridge Program, responsible for leading person-centered dementia care programs and coaching a team of caregivers.

• Oversee full implementation of resident and family engagement in the dementia care program, ensuring Care Associates deliver person-centered programming, dining, and care.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to provide dementia training, manage the preadmission/move-in/move-out process of residents, assist in hiring, and educate associates on leading programs and interventions for behavioral expression.
• Plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs that meet the specific needs of all residents within the community.

• Bachelor’s Degree in gerontology, therapeutic recreation, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of management and direct supervision experience.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in a residential setting.

Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
