Dragons Elite Athletics is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join our growing team as President of Dragon Elite Athletics. As a keymember of the team executive, this individual will be an integral member of a growing team of hard-working and experienced professionals. The candidate will work closely withthe Founder andCEOand other keymanagement leaders.

The ideal candidate will have been a former

President. or senior executivein the Sports,Athleticsorasimilarhigh intensitycustomer drivenindustry,with a strong sales and marketing and revenuebackground. Youwillneed to be able to look at the big picture with an entrepreneurial mindset, as well as have high energy and high-performancetrack record. The candidate will have a strong operational backgroundofmanaging the leadership function of acompany and experience working with professional investors (VC/PE) and related expectations.

• Strategic Direction:
  Defining long-term vision, goals, and policies.
• Operational Leadership:
  Managing day-to-day business operations and ensuring efficient performance.
• Financial Oversight:
  Directing budgets, approving expenditures, and ensuring financial stability.
• Board Liaison:
  Working closely with the board of directors to report on performance and align on strategy.
• Team Management:
  Appointing, mentoring, and leading high-level staff.
• External Representation:
  Acting as the company's spokesperson and managing key relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance required.
• MBA preferred.
• Prior experience in sales and/or leadership efforts in a startup company preferably with a customer and financial services background.
• Experience as a senior leader in a role such as CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and Marketing Business Development.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving.
• Track record of building innovative, creative, and collaborative teams.
• Strong desire to lead from a strategic and tactical perspective in all aspects of day-to-day company operations.
