Department Manager

McDonald's -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week to provide a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers;
Oversee departments with responsibilities for Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, and report results;
Ensure Guest Service staff deliver a great customer experience and that promotions are executed and staff are trained in service procedures;
Ensure Kitchen staff deliver great quality food, maintain safety, monitor food cost, and train staff in production procedures;
Support People Department by hiring qualified crew, training them, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
