North Star Memorial Group is seeking an exceptional Managing Partner of Operations to lead funeral and cemetery operations at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, FL
.

As Managing Partner, you are fully accountable for the success of funeral home and cemetery operations

• Lead overall funeral home and cemetery operations, ensuring excellence, compliance, and a first-class family experience
• Drive growth and profitability, achieving case volume and revenue targets through disciplined execution and leadership
• Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire employees by modeling North Star's core values, mission, and standards
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Represent Eternal Light in the community through event planning and engagement, including holiday observances, state memorial days, and outreach to churches, hospitals, nursing homes, and community centers
• Strengthen community relationships and enhance the location’s reputation as a trusted service provider

• 5+ years of experience of business or military leadership with a demonstrated understanding of both sales and operational management
• Cemetery and funeral home operations preferred
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and analytical decision-making skills
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading teams
• Comfort operating as a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
