We're a busy, growing shop with steady, consistent volume, and we're looking for a setter who delivers clean, precise work and holds a high standard every time. Compensation & Details:

• Pay: $25–$30/hour, based on experience.
• Top performers:
  We're open to a higher, competitive rate for highly experienced setters based on bench test results.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting diamonds and gemstones — prong, pavé, channel, and more — with precision and consistency.
• Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing.
• Polishing and finishing to production standards.
• Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals.
• Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level).
• Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances.
• A steady hand and a detail-first mindset.
• Ability to balance quality with production timelines.
• Reliable, professional, and a good fit for a team bench environment.
