Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound digital marketing campaign strategy. As part of a dynamic and fast‑paced brand marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape programs to build our managed brands and drive demand.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including web, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Manage, create, and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, increase social presence and create demand where necessary
  • Produce social copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using analytical tools to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Manage client marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot & Pardot) for email communication, lead scoring and customer journey
  • Evaluate existing web pages and collaborate with both internal team and clients to improve structure, design, messaging, and SEO
  • Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing campaigns to increase demand and awareness
  • Collaborate and assist in other areas of marketing such as events and PR when needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3‑5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Demonstrated experience developing paid acquisition campaigns and managing advertising budgets
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and integration to CRM tools for full view of buyer and customer journey
  • Experience with B2B advertising on Google AdWords, You Tube, and Linked In Campaign Manager for awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics to evaluate content performance to guide future creative decisions and strategies
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Experience with Word Press, Hub Spot/Pardot and Google Analytics
  • SEO experience directly or indirectly implementing website improvements
  • Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, detail‑oriented and time‑management skills
  • Effective interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and courteous demeanor
  • Strong documentation skills and adaptability to changing priorities, as needed
  • Exceptional skill in maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Results‑driven – positive, collaborative, self‑starter
Business Development / Sales
  • Familiarize yourself with the TRA’s vision and mission, and actively seek to accomplish set goals and objectives to represent the brand
  • Participate in (and/or lead) new business plans/pitches
  • Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory
  • Educate and develop prospects, working with them throughout the sales process as needed
  • Build a network; research prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads
  • Actively utilize persuasive verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, keen human behavioral instincts, and interpersonal dynamics
  • Represent the agency at relevant networking opportunities to raise the visibility of the TRA brand
  • Oversee negotiations and ensure pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and onboarding requirements are achieved
  • Work closely with agency leadership to confirm roles on differing engagements to ensure appropriate rapport is developed with clients
  • Support and participate in strategic TRA marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
  • Document client interaction
