Business Development And Marketing Manager
We are an established architectural practice in Boynton Beach, Florida, seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager. This role combines strategic business development with creative digital marketing to drive growth, secure architectural projects, and elevate brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of business development or marketing experience in an AEC or design-focused firm.
- Proven success securing commercial, residential, and public-sector architectural projects.
- Expertise in managing professional social media platforms and digital content strategies.
- Solid understanding of the architectural design process and project delivery methods.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools, photography coordination, video editing, and marketing platforms.
- Established South Florida AEC industry contacts preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by pursuing and securing new architectural and design projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, contractors, and public agencies.
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Lead proposal preparation, RFQs/RFPs, and client pitch presentations.
- Execute digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Capture and coordinate project photography, video content, and project storytelling campaigns.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00+
- Performance-Based
