Shifts Available- Part‑Time RN | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
- Part‑Time RN | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
$35 per hour
Join Our Compassionate Team!Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our evening shift. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of resident care.
- Enforce nursing protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
- Perform daily nursing rounds to verify adherence to care plans and clinical best practices.
- Assist with facility surveys, including preparation of documentation and follow‑up actions.
- Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Florida.
- Prior experience in long‑term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
