Registered Nurse (RN) – MUST HAVE OASIS E1 ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE!
Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Full‑Time Registered Nurses to service the Palm Beach county area.
Requirements:- Must have an active Florida State RN License
- 3+ years of experience working as an RN
- Home Health experience a HUGE PLUS
- RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Home Health policies and procedures
- Axxess Home Health EHR experience would be great.
