Job Summary

The Clinical Partner II (CP) is a staff position responsible for providing basic technical nursing care skills under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). The CP works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe, quality, patient‑centered care. The CP performs tasks such as wound care, discontinuation of a saline lock or Foley catheter, under RN delegation and oversight.

The CP should receive competence assessment before each task and must not perform any task unless competent and signed off.

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.79 – $24.46 per hour depending on experience.

• High School diploma, certificate, GED, training, or experience
• Basic Life Support certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential
• Licensed Practical Nurse license
• CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse required
• 1 year experience preferred
• Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in Florida preferred
