Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 1 RN, 1 Tech
• Call requirements:
  Split on-call (rotating weekends possible)
• Night shift: N/A

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with ACLS & BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years' recent acute OR experience
• Proficiency in scrubbing and all service lines
• Skilled in OR charting (Meditech documentation)
• Able to function independently across all surgical specialties outside CVOR (robotics, ortho, spine, GYN)
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and bedside skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage a 1:1 patient ratio alongside a compact, supportive team
• Conduct and assist with complex procedures: joint replacement, ENT, ortho, spine, urology, vascular, thoracic, plastics, and more
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliant charting
• Collaborate to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless surgical operations
