LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Boynton Beach, FL and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $27-$32 per hour. Nurses provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are hiring for both full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights and weekends.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
