Accord Care Home Health is looking for experienced and compassionate High Tech Per Diem Field RNs to join our growing team throughout Palm Beach County

What You’ll Be DoingProvide skilled in-home nursing care for medically complex patients, including those requiring:
- Ventilator and trach care
- PEG tube management
- Wound care
- IV therapy
- Experience working with paraplegic, quadriplegic, and TBI patients (big plus)
You’ll work closely with patients, families, and our clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

- Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening
- TB test within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- HIV and DOEA Alzheimer’s training certificates/CEUs
- Prior home care experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Experience with EHR documentation systems
- Compassionate and dependable
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Able to prioritize tasks and respond quickly when needed
- Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
