We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in long-term, short-term rehabilitation, or sub-acute care to manage the professional development program and support staff training.
Responsibilities- Manage the professional development program in a long‑term care and sub‑acute care/skilled nursing/short‑term rehabilitation setting.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff, facilitate existing staff training, roll out new compliance and regulatory training, and ensure the center remains in compliance with all regulatory, credentialing, and educational requirements.
- Associate’s degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
- Two (2+) years’ nursing experience required.
- Long‑Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education and Staff Development experience strongly preferred.
- CDC – IPCO Certification required or must be willing to complete within 5 days of employment.
