Hospice Inpatient RN

Empath Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethesda Inpatient Care Center team in Boynton Beach. • Coordinate patient and family care in collaboration with the primary physician and interdisciplinary team (IDG)
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient and family needs
• Ensure timely and coordinated delivery of interventions and services outlined in the care plan
• Use your clinical expertise to monitor patient conditions, provide interventions, and deliver education that enhances comfort and quality of life
• Address concerns promptly and thoughtfully to ensure a high level of satisfaction and trust

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
• Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
• Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and a valid Florida driver’s license.
