Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care across various units, including telemetry and higher acuity areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on the nursing process.
- Coordinate the patient’s overall experience and care integration.
- Provide patient and family education on health needs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote efficient healthcare delivery.
- Florida RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS and EKG interpretation for higher acuity units preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification recognized by the State of Florida for RN licensure; BSN preferred.
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
