Location: Lake Worth, Florida
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year
Palm Beach Nursing is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility
. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, quality resident care, financial performance, and team leadership.
Oversee daily operations of the 120-bed facility
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead, hire, train, and develop staff
Maintain high standards of resident care and services
Manage budgets and operational performance
Address resident and family concerns professionally
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Partner with clinical and medical teams to improve outcomes
Active Florida LNHA license required
Minimum 3 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience with budgets and financial reporting
Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
