As a Registered Nurse with our Per Diem team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

• Assessing patient needs, developing, and implementing individualized care plans

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Educating patients and their families on disease management, medication instructions, and self-care techniques

• Monitoring patient progress, reporting changes, and making adjustments to care plans as necessary

• Conduct patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans

• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and infection control

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and home health aides

• Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication instructions, and self-care techniques

• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Current RN license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

• Current CPR certification
