Sales Floor Team Member

We are seeking a Sales Floor TM 2 to join our team in the Social Assistance industry. As a Sales Floor TM 2, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock merchandise, and assist customers with their purchases.

Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. Ultimately, your contribution will help us achieve our sales goals and maintain our reputation as a leader in the industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

• Experience with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
• Experience in the Social Assistance industry

• Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  
  Restock merchandise and ensure proper pricing
• Assist customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have
• Meet and exceed sales goals

As a Sales Floor TM 2, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service. You will also need to be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in achieving our sales goals. Additionally, proficiency in point-of-sale systems and fluency in Spanish will be beneficial in this role.
