• 1‑3 years of retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to utilize retail technology and navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays and weekends

• Passion for retail and a proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven track record of driving results through metrics and coaching
• Experience in community involvement initiatives
