• Greet guests warmly and process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions following company procedures.
• Manage and package takeout and delivery orders; confirm accuracy before handoff.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and resolve minor concerns.
• Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and organized.
• Communicate with kitchen staff and support other team members as needed.

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math and POS system skills.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
