As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you will sell products and provide excellent customer service, generating retail sales, expanding the Verizon network, and meeting performance targets.

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs through effective questioning.
• Position product insights and solutions to provide customers with a complete top‑down solution.
• Close sales by communicating clearly and fulfilling customer needs with intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop skills through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory functions.
• Make outbound calls and send text messages to current Verizon customers who may be interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
• Attend to retail customers, sell products, resolve issues, and provide an OMNI experience using digital tools.
• Coordinate sales promotions and identify process improvements in merchandising, inventory, and systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve sales‑related problems and provide information on product features, benefits, and financing.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience (work or military).< /li>
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts for higher income, notably during summer, November–December, and peak vacation periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred).< /li>
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (preferred).< /li>
• Customer service experience (preferred).< /li>

• Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour.
• Up to $18,000 annual commissions; top performers may earn $65,000–$75,500+ annually.
• Extra $3,000 annual bonus for bilingual speakers who pass a language assessment.
