Retail Sales Associate Spanish Bilingual

Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate position in an onsite retail store.

Work setting: onsite at a defined retail location.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours per week.

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with complete end‑to‑end sales solutions.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs and offer simple, intuitive technology solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill opportunities in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Potentially grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store (e.g., off‑site Verizon sponsored events) to expand your loyal customer base.
• Attend to retail customers, resolve customer issues, and consistently provide the best omni experience.
• Drive growth and revenue through new accounts and value‑added services.
• Coordinate sales promotions, assist customers for high‑price items, coach sales staff, identify process improvements, troubleshoot sales issues, and provide product and financing information.

• Base pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour.
• Individual‑based commissions up to $18,000 per year (potential for over $65,000+ annually).
• Bilingual bonus: up to $3,000 annually after language assessment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work or military experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with up‑to‑four‑weeks advance schedule.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Preferred: experience in a commission‑based environment, sales communication skills, customer service experience.

Position is commission‑based with potential for higher earnings.
