Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and create a world-class athlete experience and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members (as subject matter expert of their area of the store), focusing on best practices, expectational selling skills, and key operational processes.;
Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).;
Creates a store environment where everyone, both teammates and athletes, are always welcome and treated with respect.
