Department: Site Operations

• Deliver the final wow:
  Complete each vehicle with precision — drying, vacuuming, and detailing to meet our high standard every time.
• Obsess over the details:
  Spotless windows, clean interiors, shining wheels and tires — every car, every time, no exceptions.
• Catch it and fix it:
  Notice what others miss and flag issues proactively instead of passing them along. Your eye for quality protects our standard.
• Create a great customer moment:
  Engage at vehicle handoff, ensure satisfaction, and leave a lasting positive impression — every car is someone's pride and joy.
• Move with speed and purpose:
  Work efficiently to keep the flow strong while maintaining quality. Speed and standard are not a tradeoff here.
