Store Customer Service Specialist PT

Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of paints and coatings, is seeking a dedicated part-time Store Customer Service Specialist to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of Sherwin-Williams, delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their paint and coating needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience. You will leverage your product knowledge and professional interpersonal skills to provide advice and support to both professional contractors and do-it-yourself customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable assistance and advice to customers on Sherwin-Williams products.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments accurately.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor, displays, and merchandise.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
