Dispensary Associate - Part Time

• Trulieve is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate to provide compassionate customer service and guide patients through their cannabis product selections according to state regulations, with a pay rate of $14.50 per hour plus tips.
• The role involves educating customers on product benefits and side effects, assisting with orders and returns, maintaining clean workstations, resolving customer issues, and supporting online order processing and deliveries within a 2-hour time frame.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old (18 in some states), possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have cash handling experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record for delivery duties.

The Dispensary Associate is responsible for guiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is to facilitatea customer's purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide theTruExperiencethrough elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returnsin accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders ina timelyand efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies  and Procedures.
• Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with any product or device issues.
• Work with leadership and management to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
