Position Overview

Relationship Banker Business Specialist – Boynton Beach, Florida (Old Boynton and Congress Branch). Bilingual Spanish preferred. This in‑office role focuses on acquiring and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, while delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking under $2MM in sales revenue.
  • Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch.
  • Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
  • Manage and grow business banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue.
  • Lead ecosystem development inside and outside the branch, identify appropriate partners, and hold them accountable for referrals.
  • Provide advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions for deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.
  • Resolve client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating where necessary.
  • Advocate for clients across product, support, operations, and other departments, identifying trends and unique needs.
  • Support branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to generate referrals.
  • Follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with consumer and business clients.
  • Engage clients in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, driving loyalty.
  • Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience & Education
