Account Executive

Are you an experienced healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new referral sources, and growing business within your local healthcare community? Account Makers has been engaged by a growing organization in the home healthcare services industry to hire an Account Executive responsible for driving business growth throughout the Palm Beach County market. This organization provides personalized in-home healthcare services, including personal care, skilled nursing, private duty nursing, and therapy services designed to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

This field-based position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the Palm Beach territory and play an important role in expanding the organization’s presence across the local healthcare community. You will spend significant time in the field developing new business, strengthening referral partnerships, conducting presentations and educational in-services, and representing the organization at healthcare and community events. You will also evaluate market opportunities and execute territory growth strategies to expand the organization’s referral network.

Working closely with the clinical team, you will help connect referral partners, patients, and families with appropriate in-home healthcare services while supporting continued growth across the territory.

• At least 2 years of healthcare sales, business development, referral development, or related industry experience.
• Established book of business and referral relationships within home health and Medicaid is required.
• Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), discharge planners, case managers, or other healthcare referral sources within the Palm Beach market.
• Previous healthcare sales experience within home health, skilled nursing, DME, orthopedics, cardiology, post-acute care, or a related healthcare setting; clinical liaison experience may also be considered.
• Proven ability to establish new referral sources, grow existing healthcare relationships, and develop effective territory business development strategies.
• Strong sales, communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting presentations, educational in-services, and networking activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, assist with on-site discharge planning when needed, and complete required sales activity reporting accurately and on time.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout Palm Beach County and attend sales meetings as required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, a health-related field, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

This position offers a base salary of $60,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance. Final base compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and established industry relationships.
