About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Environmental Project Manager / Scientist to join our Southeast Florida team. This role will support Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, contaminated site investigations, field sampling, tank closure assessments, remediation projects, and preparation of regulatory reports.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Environmental Project Manager / Scientist to join our Southeast Florida team. This role will support Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, contaminated site investigations, field sampling, tank closure assessments, remediation projects, and preparation of regulatory reports.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Florida environmental consulting experience and be ready to take on greater project ownership, client interaction, and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and contaminated site investigations.
- Conduct tank closure assessments and environmental field investigations.
- Collect soil, groundwater, sediment, and surface water samples.
- Prepare Site Assessment Reports (SARs), Soil Management Plans (SMPs), Remedial Action Plans (RAPs), implementation reports, and other regulatory documents.
- Support contaminated soil and groundwater remediation projects.
- Evaluate environmental data and prepare clear, accurate technical reports.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and meet project schedules.
- Perform both field and office-based work.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Florida Phase I and Phase II environmental consulting experience.
- Experience with environmental assessment and technical report writing.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and data evaluation skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors at project sites as well as in an office environment.
- Current residency in Southeast Florida.
- Experience preparing SARs, SMPs, RAPs, implementation reports, and regulatory submittals.
- Experience with contaminated soil and groundwater remediation.
- Experience communicating with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Previous project management experience.
