Security Officer - Armed Part Time Upscale

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize visitor access, and maintain accurate logs of arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or contractor activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.;
Support property rules and post orders by observing site activity, reporting maintenance and/or security-related issues, and providing clear directions and assistance to people at the location.
