Security Officer Armed Rover Patrol

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Rover Patrol to protect client sites across Irvine, CA. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms and incidents, and prepare clear written reports. You'll use radios, CCTV, and access control systems while providing professional customer service to clients and visitors. Responsibilities

• Conduct armed rover patrols across assigned client properties, monitoring for safety, security, and policy compliance
• Control access points, verify credentials, and respond to alarms or suspicious activity
• Perform detailed incident reporting and log all patrols, observations, and actions taken
• Respond quickly to emergencies, including medical, fire, and security incidents, following established protocols
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, radios, and access control systems
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while enforcing site rules
• Collaborate with site supervisors and law enforcement when required
• Participate in ongoing training, firearms qualifications, and safety drills
• Inspect and secure doors, gates, and critical areas during patrols
• Support risk reduction by identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions
