Security Officer Armed Foot Patrol

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer for foot patrol in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management sector. In this role, you will conduct regular interior and exterior patrols, monitor access control points, and respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies. You will enforce site rules and regulations, complete accurate incident and daily activity reports, and maintain high visibility to deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior.

You'll interact professionally with clients, visitors, and the public while following strict safety and use-of-force protocols. Ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and support from a structured, team-oriented culture are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine armed foot patrols of interior and exterior areas
• Monitor access control points and verify identification as required
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Deter theft, vandalism, and unsafe behavior through high-visibility presence
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and post orders
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and the public
• Coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, and public safety agencies when needed
• Follow safety, de-escalation, and use-of-force protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications
