Cable Technician Operations Supervisor

As a key leader in our operations, you’ll own both team performance and service delivery
:
- Lead & Develop Talent – Coach, mentor, and elevate a team of cable technicians through hands‑on training, performance management, and career development
- Drive Daily Operations – Plan routes, schedules, and workloads to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Be the Problem‑Solver – Step in on complex installs and service issues, guiding your team to fast, effective resolutions
- Own Quality Control – Conduct field audits, inspect completed work, and ensure every job meets our high standards
- Champion Safety – Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Deliver Results – Monitor KPIs like completion rates, first‑time fix, and customer satisfaction—and take action to improve them
- Bridge the Gap – Act as the connection between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
- Manage Resources – Oversee tools, inventory, and materials to keep your team equipped and ready
- Improve the Business – Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, faster ways to get the job done
- Proven leadership experience in telecommunications, cable, or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in installation, troubleshooting, and repair
- A player‑coach mentality
—you lead by example and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both field teams and customers
- A data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve performance
- Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
- 3–5 years in cable, fiber, or telecom operations
- 2+ years leading or supervising field technicians
- Technical certifications or telecom‑related education (a plus, not required)
