Shop Mechanic

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic technologies.
• Complete repairs in an accurate, timely, and safety-focused manner.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work spaces that reflect TMS safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, experienced maintenance team to ensure fleet readiness.
• Accurately document work performed; uphold company standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

• 1–2 years of vehicle repair or general mechanical experience; strong mechanical aptitude required.
• Valid driver's license required; CDL-A preferred.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a range of mechanical tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair technologies.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy for documenting maintenance activities.
• Experience with the Fleetio fleet management system is a plus.
