Electrical Foreman in Boynton

Overview

Suncoast Electric & Air is a leader in electrical contracting, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our team and oversee on-site operations.

The Electrical Foreman will supervise and coordinate activities of electrical workers on job sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with all codes and regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and standards.
• Schedule inspections and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety protocols.

• High school diploma or GED (technical school or relevant certifications a plus)
• Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Strong knowledge of NEC (Electrical Code)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans
• OSHA certification
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
