Green Image Landscaping and Tree Service
We maintain, build and care for commercial properties and HOA communities across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami Dade. Grounds maintenance, landscape install and enhancement, tree work, and irrigation through our own division, Water Wizard.
About 20 people work here, and most of them are in the field.
What that actually means if you work here:
- Year round work. South Florida does not stop growing in January and neither do we. There is no seasonal layoff.
- Commercial only. Fixed routes and properties you get to know, not a different residential driveway every hour.
- Equipment that starts. Gear gets replaced before it fails, not after.
- Room to move. Groundsman to crew leader. Crew leader to foreman. Groundsman to climber or irrigation tech. Those moves are open.
We are based in Boca Raton and work across all three counties.

LOCATION
Field based across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Report to the Boynton Beach yard.
SCHEDULE
Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30 minute lunch break. That is a full 40 hours in 4 days, and Fridays off. Occasional overtime on Fridays.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns whether the job gets built the way it was sold, in the hours it was budgeted, without a punchlist the client finds first.
You run install and enhancement crews on commercial and HOA properties. Planting, sod, palms, drainage, pavers, hardscape and artificial turf.
You work off a plan and a written scope. Before your crew is dispatched, you are expected to have confirmed the material is right and the scope is clear, and to elevate when it is not, rather than starting the job and finding out at noon.
This is a strong fit for someone who already reads plans and recognizes when a job is not properly staged. If a missing pallet of sod is a surprise to you at 7 AM, this is not the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run install and enhancement crews on assigned commercial and HOA projects.
- Review the plan and written scope before production and elevate missing material or unclear scope before crews are dispatched.
- Confirm plants, sod, hardscape material, rentals and deliveries are correct against the scope before the crew starts.
- Set grade, layout and elevation, and build to the plan and the specified detail.
- Operate or direct skid steer and mini excavator work on your job sites.
- Conduct the daily field safety meeting with your crew and confirm required PPE before work starts.
- Hold the labor budget on your jobs and report to Production when a job is running over.
- Photograph progress and completion in Company Cam, including work that will be buried such as drainage and base.
- Walk the job and clear your own punchlist before the project is marked complete.
