Pay & Location

Pay: $17 - $19/hr plus up to $2,000 in summer performance bonuses.

Horizon Boynton Beach, FL – H803; 3618 Quantam Blvd, Building 2, Boynton Beach, Florida – 33426.

The Warehouse Worker ensures customers receive the necessary landscape products on time through disciplined inventory management, exceptional service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

• Eagerly greet walk‑in and phone customers, help them locate products, and direct them to a team member for additional assistance.
• Accurately pull, fill, and pack orders for delivery or pickup and communicate effectively with team members and customers throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments, log them into inventory, process returns accurately, and maintain inventory through audits.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist in keeping shelves and yard stocked and organized.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility, focusing on end‑of‑day equipment storage and closing procedures.
• Help with customer service and order entry when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain composure in a fast‑paced environment focused on serving business owners with urgent needs.
• Recognize patterns and discrepancies and make decisions to meet set criteria or procedures.
• Be a cooperative, dependable team player.
• Have keen awareness of how behind‑the‑scenes actions impact customer service.
• Show aptitude to learn evolving computer systems, programs, handheld technology, and processes.
• Frequently lift and move items that weigh up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Possess or obtain forklift certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus.
• Prior experience in distribution or warehousing is helpful.
