Job Description Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Bozeman, Montana. We are looking for an Office Manager to join the accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred  
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite  
• Intermediate user of Excel  
• Ability to ten-key by touch  
• Strong organizational skills is a must  
• Excellent time management skills  
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills  
• Excellent attention to detail an accuracy  
• Intermediate accounting knowledge  
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction  
• Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines

Duties will include but are not limited to:  
• Prioritize workflow for office staff.  
• Assist staff with accounting functions and coach if needed.  
• Supervise file organization.  
• Prepare and review financial statements.  
• Perform and supervise bookkeeping functions, A/R and A/P functions, GL entries, deposits and receipts, DMV documents.  
• Reconcile accounting schedules, make account adjustments, and resolve credit issues.  
• Review finance contracts for proper submission.  
• Maintain petty cash and check approval.  
• Other accounting functions and general office duties The required schedule for the position is Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
