The Hotel Baxter, a historic landmark built in 1929, is part of the Noble House Hotels & Resorts collection. As a team member you will steward this landmark and deliver great hospitality, genuine warmth, and luxury without pretension.

Full-time

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently: generate and send invoices, review for completeness and accuracy.
• Manage customer payments and collections: record payments, monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions: reconcile ledger, prepare adjustments, assist in month‑end closing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives: identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, collaborate with other departments, participate in special projects.

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
