We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our full‑service tax, accounting, and business consulting firm. The role is ideal for a tax generalist who enjoys working directly with small businesses, individuals, and nonprofit clients.

Our boutique CPA firm offers an extensive suite of financial services, including tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, financial statement preparation, strategic business planning, cash‑flow management, and advisory support. We serve a diverse client base across multiple industries in a hybrid work environment.

• Prepare and review business, individual, and nonprofit tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to small‑business clients.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement support as needed.
• Research tax issues and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality client service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and guidance.

• 4+ years of tax experience, ideally in public accounting.
• Must hold a CPA or EA license.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws for small businesses and individuals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
