On-site Payroll Specialist/Office Manager role based in Bozeman, MT. This is a mixed full-time and part-time position based around our busy season. Projected hours:
Jan-April 40 hours/week, May-Dec 25 hours/week. The role is responsible for processing client payrolls, including payroll taxes, benefits, and payroll reporting. The hire will manage day-to-day office operations such as workflow management, scheduling, printing, scanning, phone, and general office duties.

• Experience with payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and payroll reporting is required.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Quick Books Desktop & Online).
• Strong attention to detail, organized, efficient, multi-task and client service skills.
• Relevant experience in an accounting firm or professional services environment and post-secondary education in business, accounting, or related field are preferred.
