Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Come join our team at Monteriors! Monteriors is a local family business offering a wide selection of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, window coverings and appliances.
We are seeking a full-time person to join our administrative team. This person's primary duties are to support our sales team by ordering materials and handling claims. This person will also be responsible for paying our independent subcontractors, ensuring insurance requirements are met and providing support for various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, who can work independently and is willing to assist wherever needed. Must be positive and able to interact with team members in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Monteriors offers competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, health savings account, retirement program, paid time off, holiday pay, and many other incentives after eligibility requirements have been met.
