Executive Assistant to Vice President Student Success

• Oversee daily operations of the Vice President for Student Success's office.

• Manage confidential information in compliance with FERPA and data protection policies.
• Supervise and coordinate administrative support staff and personnel matters.
• Coordinate and manage special projects, events, and division initiatives.
• Function as the assessment specialist and accreditation liaison for Student Success.
• Collaborate with the strategic budget partner and human resources business partner.
• Required proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software.
• Bachelor's degree or five years of equivalent professional experience in a related role required.
• Annual salary of $77,000, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
